Pure Job Opportunities publishes job listings from various sources including employer websites, recruitment portals, and direct employer submissions. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent for any employer or company whose listings appear on our platform, unless explicitly stated.

We make reasonable efforts to verify that listings are genuine but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, currency, or availability of any job listing. Job listings may be withdrawn by employers at any time without notice.

We do not guarantee that using our platform will result in job interviews, employment offers, or employment. All employment decisions are made exclusively by employers, not by us. We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy of information provided by employers in job listings
• Any hiring or rejection decisions made by employers
• The conduct of employers during or after the recruitment process
• Any losses or damages arising from applying for or accepting a job found on our platform
• Jobs that have already been filled, expired, or withdrawn by the time you apply

Always verify job details directly with the employer before applying or accepting any offer.

Pure Job Opportunities never charges job seekers any fees to browse, apply for, or access job listings. If any employer, recruiter, or third party requests payment from you as part of a job application process linked to our platform, this is fraudulent. Do not pay. Report it to us immediately at info@purejobopportunities.co.ke.

While we make reasonable efforts to verify that job listings are genuine, we cannot guarantee that every listing is free from fraud. Scammers sometimes impersonate legitimate companies or post convincing fake vacancies. We strongly advise you to exercise caution and be alert to the following warning signs:

Be cautious and verify independently if a job:

• Requests any payment at any stage — for training, uniform, registration, background checks, or any other reason
• Communicates only via a personal WhatsApp number or free email (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail) rather than an official company email domain
• Asks for sensitive personal documents (national ID, bank account details, M-Pesa PIN) before a formal written offer
• Offers an unusually high salary for the role, industry, or level of experience required
• Has no verifiable company website, physical address, or business registration
• Rushes you to accept quickly or apply without going through a proper interview process
• Cannot be verified through the company's official website or a direct phone call to a published number

What to do if you suspect a scam:

• Do not pay any money or share sensitive personal or financial information
• Verify the opportunity directly with the company through their official website or published contact details — not through contact details provided in the job listing itself
• Report the listing to us at info@purejobopportunities.co.ke and we will investigate and remove it
• Report fraud to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) Kenya or the Communications Authority of Kenya

Pure Job Opportunities shall not be held liable for losses or damages resulting from fraudulent job listings. We will act promptly to remove any listing reported or identified as fraudulent.

Our platform includes AI-powered tools including CV builders, cover letter generators, professional summary writers, CV tailoring, CV review, and interview coaching. By using these tools, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and must be reviewed, edited, and verified by you before use
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated CVs, cover letters, or interview responses will result in job interviews or employment
• The quality of AI outputs depends on the accuracy and completeness of information you provide
• AI interview coaching scores are for practice purposes only and do not reflect actual employer assessments
• You are solely responsible for ensuring all information in your CV and cover letter is truthful and accurate

We offer paid subscriptions (Job Seeker — 30 days, Career Pro — 90 days, Business and Agency Licences — 1 year) and one-time purchases (templates and builder downloads).

• Subscription periods begin immediately upon payment and do not auto-renew
• Upon expiry, your account reverts to the Free tier; your data and saved documents are retained
• Payments are processed securely by Paystack. We do not store card details.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except under our 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee or where required by law
• 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work with you to resolve the issue
• One-time template and builder purchases are non-refundable once the download has been accessed

Purchased CV templates, cover letter templates, and AI-generated documents are licensed for personal, single-user use only. You may use them for your own job applications. You may not resell, redistribute, or use them to create documents commercially for other people without a Business or Agency Licence.

Business and Agency Licences grant expanded commercial use rights as described at the time of purchase.

You agree not to: use the platform for unlawful purposes; scrape or systematically copy our content without written permission; post false or misleading job listings; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; impersonate any person or organisation; or use automated tools without authorisation.

Some links on our platform may be affiliate links through which we may earn a commission. Our platform displays advertisements through Google AdSense. These commercial arrangements do not influence our editorial decisions about which jobs to list. We are not affiliated with any employer whose listings appear on our platform unless explicitly stated.

All platform content including text, graphics, logos, CV template designs, and software is the property of Pure Job Opportunities and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.

Our platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, error-free service, accuracy of job listings, or outcomes from using our tools. Use of our platform does not guarantee employment.

Pure Job Opportunities shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of employment opportunities, income, or data. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
