1.0 In compliance with the Kenya Gazette Notice No. 16008 of 2022 introducing government

services digital payments programme, effective 1

October 2023, all Kenya Civil Aviation

Authority services and payments of the services shall only be through the eCitizen portal.

1.1 Payments shall be made only through the official Government of Kenya Paybill 222 222.

1.2 To access KCAA services, please visit https://ecitizen.kcaa.or.ke. Guidance on the use of the

portal can be found in the user manual accessible via the help function in the login page.

AIC 16/21 is hereby superseded.
